Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility — Books

Books may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided they are:

• ✓ Unused and unread
• ✓ Free from writing, highlighting, folding, or markings
• ✓ In their original condition

Return Eligibility — Stationery and Other Items

Stationery and other eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• ✓ Unused
• ✓ In their original packaging
• ✓ In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or supplied in error:

• ✕ Special-order items
• ✕ Clearance or sale items
• ✕ Digital products
• ✕ Used textbooks
• ✕ Workbooks that have been written in
• ✕ Items that have been damaged, altered, or excessively handled by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.

Upon verification, Knowledge Nest will offer:

• ✓A replacement (where available)
• ✓A store credit
• ✓A refund

Knowledge Nest will cover return shipping costs for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

• • Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.
• • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit within 5 business days of approval.
• • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Knowledge Nest.

Restocking Fee

For returns made for reasons other than damage, defects, or fulfillment errors, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at any time before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; however, it may be returned in accordance with this policy.

How to Make a Return

2. 2Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return.
3. 3Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
4. 4Return the item using the instructions provided by our team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
